He was last heard from right before departing the marina.

BUFFALO — The Coast Guard is searching Lake Erie Monday night for a man who reportedly went missing Sunday.
Andrew Lasek departed from the southwest corner of Sturgeon Point Marina, New York, at 12:40 p.m. Sunday, in a blue kayak with blue paddles to go fishing, likely for perch.
He was last heard from right before departing the marina.
Officers from the Evans, New York, Police Department called watchstanders at Coast Guard Sector Buffalo to ask for assistance in searching for the possible overdue kayaker.
Searching for Lasek are the Evans Police Department, Coast Guard, Customs and Border Protection, and the Joint Rescue Coordination Center.
Anyone with any information on Lasek's whereabouts or anyone who saw him after 12:40 p.m. Sunday is asked to call the Coast Guard Sector Buffalo Command Center at 716-843-9527.
