PORTSMOUTH, Va. — A Coast Guard member charged with violating an article of the Uniform Code of Military Justice was sentenced Thursday during a general court martial in Norfolk, Virginia. NEW ORLEANS – The Coast Guard has completed their search for a missing fisherman after the Grand Isle Police Department identified the body of Larkeis Durell Bradford, 25, Tuesday. A good Samaritan located the body of Bradford on the beach near Grand Isle at about 7:30 p.m. Bradford was last seen fishing from the Grand Isle Beach in the vicinity of Walnut Lane.
