BOSTON — This morning at approximately 9:10 a.m., a Coast Guard HC-144A air crew transported a team of neonatal specialists from Tufts Medical Center to Nantucket, Mass. to assist a woman in premature labor.   A Coast Guard HC-144A  Ocean Sentry Medium Range Maritime Patrol Aircraft is designed to serve as an on-scene command platform for search and rescue (SAR), and is well-equipped to perform transport missions in these type of situations.   ... Block responded to a distress call and rescued a boater out of Lake Michigan’s waters Monday morning after the boater’s 28-foot vessel began to sink 10 miles off of Port Washington, Wisconsin.   The man's name is not being released by the Coast Guard and there are no photos or video available for this case.... BOSTON —  Coast Guard rescue crews and a Boothbay Region Ambulance paramedic medically evacuated a 2-year-old girl from Monhegan Island, Maine at approximately 12:15 a.m. Monday. Watchstanders at Coast Guard Station Boothbay Harbor received a request from Lincoln County Dispatch at approximatly 8:45 p.m. Sunday for assistance transporting a Lincoln County deputy and detective as well as a Boothbay Region Ambulance paramedic for a possible domestic disturbance and medical emergency involving a 2-year-old girl....   PORT ARTHUR, Texas – The Coast Guard has reopened the Neches River with restrictions to all vessel traffic, Saturday. Vessel traffic is restricted from meeting or overtaking one another 1,000 feet up bound and 1,000 feet down bound near the capsized towing vessel Louise at mile marker 284. Additionally, mariners are cautioned to create a minimum wake for the safety of salvage and recovery crews....
