SEATTLE — The Coast Guard is scheduled to hold a press brief on safety zones and voluntary first amendment areas in Elliott Bay and Puget Sound for Arctic drilling and support vessels at Coast Guard Sector Puget Sound, Tuesday at 10 a.m.
