Singapore-based Phoenix Tankers, a subsidiary of shipping major Mitsui O.S.K. Lines (MOL) has signed a deal with Namura Shipbuilding Co. for the construction of two very large gas carriers (VLGC) to transport liquefied petroleum gas (LPG) and ammonia.
