Who: Rear Adm. Matthew Bell, Jr., commander, U.S. Coast Guard Personnel Service Center; Capt. Robert L. Smith, commanding officer, U.S. Coast Guard Recruiting Command, will preside.
What: Grand opening ceremony of the U.S. Coast Guard Recruiting Office, North Kansas City, Missouri.
