NEW ORLEANS – The Coast Guard medevaced a man and woman from St. Andrews Bay, Florida, Monday.
Watchstanders at Coast Guard Sector Mobile received a report at 4:45 p.m. from the 48-foot motor vessel Sea Note, that they had run hard aground and had two injured people on board.
A 70-year-old woman suffered from abrasions to her arm and a 15-year-old man suffered unspecified injuries.
Coast Guard Station Panama City launched a 45-foot Response Boat-Medium crew and transferred the two people to City Marina where they were met by emergency medical services.
