MIAMI — Search-and-rescue crews are currently searching for a missing male in the vicinity of Key Biscayne, Florida, Sunday.
Missing is Paul Flowers, 31, from New York City.
At 5:43 p.m., watchstanders at Coast Guard Sector Miami received a report that Flowers and three other people aboard a rented 22-foot vessel fell off while trying to reset the vessel's anchor near Nixon Beach, Florida. The three people were pulled out of the water by a good Samaritan with no reported injuries. Sector Miami issued an Urgent Marine Information Broadcast and launched a boatcrew from Coast Guard Station Miami and a helicopter crew from Air Station Miami to begin searching.
