PHILADELPHIA - Rep. Frank LoBiondo was given a tour of the Coast Guard Mid-Atlantic's newest cutter, the Rollin Fritch, by the ship's captain, Lt. Jason McCarthey and Capt. Benjamin Cooper, commander of Coast Guard Sector Delaware Bay, in Cape May, New Jersey, Monday, Nov. 21, 2016.
LoBiondo met with the crew of the ship and was shown its capabilities and new technology, which will help serve a multi-mission function in an area spanning New Jersey to North Carolina and beyond.
