PORTSMOUTH, Va. — Coast Guard Petty Officer 3rd Class Edwin R. Angulo, 26, was found not guilty on two specifications (counts) of violating Uniform Code of Military Justice Article 120 - Sexual Assault at the conclusion of a general court-martial Friday afternoon in Key West, Florida.

SEATTLE — Coast Guard crews operating in Rosario Strait and the Strait of Juan de Fuca terminated the voyages of two commercial fishing vessels for safety gear concerns in the past 36 hours.
Both vessels were safely escorted to port and will remain in port until commercial fishing vessel examiners from Coast Guard Sector Puget Sound, in Seattle, verify safety deficiencies have been corrected.... [Read More]
