SAN JUAN, Puerto Rico — The Coast Guard Cutter Richard Dixon returned four Dominicans, one Haitian and 13 Indian migrants to the Dominican Republic Friday, after they were interdicted in the Mona Passage Wednesday while travelling  illegally to Puerto Rico. The U.S. Attorney’s Office for the District of Puerto Rico will file a criminal complaint to prosecute one other Dominican man traveling with the group, with a prior criminal history in the United States, on charges of attempted illegal re-entry into the United States by a prior agravated felon.... MIAMI – First responders partnered with Coast Guard Station Fort Lauderdale, Florida, conducted maritime search-and-rescue training Thursday and Friday. Twenty personnel from Fort Lauderdale Fire Rescue and Police departments completed a 5-day boat operator search-and-rescue course established by the National Association of State Boating Law Administrators.
