MIAMI — The crew of the Coast Guard Cutter Kathleen Moore repatriated 43 Cuban migrants to Bahia de Cabañas, Cuba, Wednesday. These repatriations are a result of three separate interdictions at sea in the south Florida Straits. The events consisted of Cubans attempting to illegally enter the United States on unseaworthy vessels commonly referred to as "rustics" or "chugs."
