HONOLULU — The Coast Guard is seeking the public's help in identifying the owner of an adrift green kayak spotted 19 miles southwest of Kapoho Bay, Big Island, Tuesday. The kayak remains adrift at this time, to be recovered later as crews continue their existing searches. The crew of a Coast Guard MH-65D Dolphin rescue helicopter from Air Station Borinquen rescued a man Oct. 27, 2015, who fell approximately 100 feet into the water from the sugar pier in Aguadilla, Puerto Rico.  The man sustained a leg injury and was hoisted by litter to Emergency Medical Service personnel on scene for further transport to a local hospital. SEATTLE — The Coast Guard has suspended the search for a 54-year-old man who went missing in Rich Passage near Bainbridge Island at 1:43 p.m., Tuesday.Crewmembers aboard the Coast Guard Cutter Wahoo, an 87-foot Coastal Patrol Boat homeported in Port Angeles, an MH-65 Dolphin helicopter from Air Station Port Angeles, two 45-foot Response Boat-Mediums from Station Seattle and an MH-60 Jayhawk helicopter from Air Station Astoria, Ore., searched over 400 miles for a combined 28 hours.... BOSTON — Members of the Coast Guard's Maritime Safety and Security Team conducted training Tuesday aboard 25-foot response boats in Boston Harbor. The MSST, based in Boston, periodically conducts tactical training in order to maintain their unique skills and capabilities. “Tactical training prepares our crews to be able to effectively enforce security zones,” said Petty Officer 2nd Class Geoffrey Hills, a coxswain with the MSST. “It prepares the crews for various tactical maneuvers and for communicating with the public.”... CLEVELAND — The U.S. Coast Guard conducted a MEDEVAC of a 51-year-old man from a tug in Cleveland's Inner Harbor near Whiskey Island, late Monday afternoon. The man's name is not being released and there is no Coast Guard imagery or video available for this case. NEW ORLEANS — The Coast Guard is searching for a missing single engine plane with three people aboard, approximately four miles south of Pascagoula, Miss., Tuesday. At approximately 10:40 p.m., Monday, watchstanders at Coast Guard Sector Mobile were notified by the Air Force Rescue Coordination Center that a Lancair single engine plane lost radar contact at approximately 12:30 p.m., shortly after take-off from Gulfport. NEW ORLEANS — A Coast Guard member was found guilty of conduct unbecoming an officer and gentleman during a court-martial at the Hale Boggs Federal Building Friday. A panel of Coast Guard officers found Chief Warrant Officer Richard M. Clark guilty of one specification of Article 133 under the Uniform Code of Military Justice.  The panel found CWO Clark not guilty of several other charges including: drunken or reckless operation of a vehicle, sexual assault, assault and obstruction of justice....
