BALTIMORE — Recreational boat traffic is temporarily restricted in part of the upper Chesapeake Bay Friday due to dangers associated with icing conditions. PETERSBURG, Fla. — The Coast Guard medevaced a 46-year old man from a fishing boat 64 miles northwest of Venice, Florida, Friday.  At approximately 1:24 p.m. watchstanders from Coast Guard Sector St. Petersburg received a call via VHF-FM channel 16 stating a 46-year old Keith Clancy, aboard the fishing vessel Miss Brianna, was losing consciousness and needed emergency medical assistance. HOUSTON — A sheriff's deputy and junior Coast Guard woman provided CPR to a man after a good Samaritan located his body and hailed the two on the beach off Surfside Beach Thursday afternoon; they were not able to save him. Coast Guard Station Freeport, Brazoria County Sheriffs and Surfside Police were searching for the man after he was reported missing at about 1:30 p.m., by a woman who witnessed the man fall off a paddle board and not resurface.
