MIAMI - Coast Guard crews have suspended their search for a man who reportedly went overboard from a cruise ship 22 nautical miles south of Marathon, Florida, Sunday. Frank Slippo, 43, hometown unknown, reportedly went overboard from the 12th deck balcony of Royal Caribbean International's Liberty of the Seas cruise ship late Sunday night.  Coast Guard Sector Key West watchstanders were notified by the cruise ship and launched an intense 3-day search for the missing passenger. CAPE MAY, N.J. – Members of the Coast Guard Fire Department, stationed onboard the Coast Guard Training Center Cape May, and members of local fire departments conducted fire suppression training, Monday.  Using a forced entry simulator, members of the Villas, Cape May and Rio Grande Fire Departments worked along side the CGFD to gain access to a space that was on fire. SAN PEDRO, Calif. - The Coast Guard, state of California, and response crews are responding to a heavy fuel oil spill at an anchorage inside the Port of Long Beach. Approximately 33 gallons of heavy fuel oil was spilled during bunkering operations Saturday morning.  Boom has been set-up to contain the spill and commercial cleaning crews are on-scene.
