WARRENTON, Ore. — The Coast Guard suspended the search for a possible second person in the water after confirming the man was alone when his vessel capsized off North Jetty near Tillamook Bay, Thursday around 11 p.m. Gresham Police officials spoke with a family member of the vessel operator who confirmed that he was the only one who could have been aboard when the vessel capsized. WARRENTON, Ore. — The Coast Guard, and other local agency personnel are responding to a diesel fuel spill from a Panamanian-flagged bulk carrier at Pier 1 in Astoria, Friday morning.
