ST. PETERSBURG, Fla. — The Coast Guard's Rescue 21 system has been fully repaired since its outage Sunday. The system experienced an outage due to equipment failure from the Florida Panhandle to Everglades City, Florida. CORTEZ, Fla. — Three people were rescued by a Coast Guard crew in the vicinity of Long Boat Pass after their 19-foot boat began taking on water, Monday.  Coast Guard Sector St. Petersburg, Florida, watchstanders received a 911 transfer from a good Samaritan on scene at approximately 7:15 p.m., reporting the vessel was aground and was over turned. AUGUSTINE, Fla. — Coast Guard crews, along with personnel from other agencies, continue the search for the crew from a 37-foot fishing vessel that was reported to be taking on water Monday, approximately 11 miles east of St. Augustine.   BALTIMORE — The Coast Guard is scheduled to establish a temporary regulated area Tuesday and Wednesday in designated waters in the Severn River and College Creek for a Blue Angels air show. The regulated area will be in effect from 9:30 a.m. to 4 p.m. Tuesday and from 11:15 a.m. to 4 p.m. Wednesday, which may limit or prohibit navigation by commercial and recreational waterway users.
