ST. PETERSBURG, Fla. -- A man suffering a medical emergency was medevaced by the Coast Guard from a cruise ship in Tampa Bay, Florida, Saturday.  A crew member from the Vision of the Seas, a Royal Caribbean cruise ship, contacted watchstanders at Coast Guard Sector St. Petersburg stating that a 59-year-old man was experiencing heart attack-like symptoms and was in need of emergency medical assistance. St. Petersburg, Fla.— Coast Guardsmen received donated Christmas trees from Trees for Troops at Coast Guard Station Fort Myers Beach, Florida, Friday. More than 20 Christmas trees were donated to Coast Guard members in the Fort Myers Beach area.  Trees for Troops has delivered more than 17,000 Christmas trees to active-duty military members in the U.S. and overseas this year. CAPE MAY, N.J. — Enlisted members assigned to the Coast Guard Training Center in Cape May, N.J. received a little Christmas cheer in the form of a tree donated to them as part of the Trees for Troops program, Dec. 5, 2014. BOSTON — A Coast Guard crew from Station Point Allerton, Massachusetts, assisted a disabled clam boat 11 miles northwest of Provincetown, Massachusetts, Friday. At about 8:30 p.m., Thursday, the four-person crew aboard the 40-foot Angel Fisher notified Coast Guard Sector Boston that their boat lost steering. Because of the deteriorating weather, with 5-foot seas and 16-knot winds, the Angel Fisher crew put on their immersion suits. On scene, air temperature was 37 degrees and water temperature was 49 degrees....
