SAN JUAN, Puerto Rico — The Coast Guard Cutter Joseph Napier repatriated 26 Dominicans to La Romana, Dominican Republic Sunday, after a group of 36 migrants was interdicted in the Mona Passage traveling illegally to Puerto Rico Friday. BOSTON — The Coast Guard and the Boston Harbor Pilots Association responded to the 55-foot tug boat Emily Anne taking on water with three people aboard Tuesday about 5 miles east of Deer Island in Boston Harbor. SAN FRANCISCO — The Coast Guard rescued two men from a capsized commercial fishing vessel that was located approximately six miles west of San Francisco Monday. Coast Guard Sector San Francisco watchstanders received a distress call from the commercial fishing vessel Jack D 7 at 10:02 a.m.   The vessel's crew reported that it was taking on water and was going down fast.  The crew passed their latitude and longitude position to the Coast Guard just before the vessel sank; however, the position was not accurate.... MELBOURNE, Fla. — The boat belonging to a man reported missing was found, Monday, off the coast of Satellite Beach in Melbourne as the search for the man continues.  Missing is Lloyd Chamberlain, 38, resident of Merit Island, Florida. Watchstanders at Coast Guard Station Port Canaveral received a phone call at approximately 10 p.m., Sunday, from the friend of the missing man. LOS ANGELES — A Coast Guard crew assisted in the rescue of four boaters in distress near the south jetty of Morro Bay Harbor Sunday. At 1 p.m., Sunday, watchstanders at the Coast Guard Sector Los Angeles-Long Beach Command Center received a mayday call over VHF channel 16 from a 18-foot pleasure craft. It was reported that the vessel had capsized with three adults and one child aboard. The Coast Guard immediately launched a 47-foot rescue boat from Coast Guard Station Morro Bay.
